Privacy Policy

Life Again ("the App") is operated by Wephoria LLC, United States.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Life Again collects, how it is used, when it is shared with service providers, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Collect

Account and Identity Information

When you create or access an account using Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In, we receive and store:

  • Email address
  • Display name, when supplied by the sign-in provider
  • The provider-specific account identifier used to recognize your account
  • An internal Life Again account identifier

Life Again does not receive your Apple Account or Google Account password.

Player Content and Story Data

To provide persistent interactive stories and character continuity, we process and store:

  • Text you submit in scenes and character chats
  • AI-generated narration, dialogue, and character responses
  • Stories, characters, relationships, memories, locations, choices, and progress
  • Relevant fictional context and conversation history used to continue your experience

Subscription and Purchase Information

Apple and RevenueCat provide subscription and entitlement information such as product identifier, subscription status, transaction identifiers, and purchase timing. RevenueCat also processes this information to provide subscription analytics and purchase reliability tools. Life Again does not receive your full payment-card details.

Technical, Diagnostic, and Interaction Data

We and our service providers may process limited operational information such as:

  • App and device information needed to operate authentication, purchases, and the service
  • Request, error, security, and performance logs
  • Product interactions needed to restore progress, deliver features, and troubleshoot failures

Authentication and purchase SDKs may process additional provider-side metadata, such as device identifiers, usage data, approximate location, or account contact information, as described in their own privacy disclosures. Life Again does not request access to your contacts or precise device location and may not directly receive all data processed by those providers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Operate and maintain Life Again
  • Authenticate accounts and protect the service
  • Generate interactive scenes and character responses
  • Preserve story, character, location, and memory continuity
  • Process subscriptions and restore purchases
  • Understand subscription performance and purchase reliability
  • Diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and improve reliability
  • Provide customer support

We do not currently use player conversations or story content to train a proprietary Life Again model. This statement concerns model training only: as described in this Policy, we still store player content to preserve stories and continuity, operate the service, provide support, and improve reliability. Storage for those purposes does not itself authorize a future training use. If we decide to use player content for model training in the future, we will update this Policy and obtain any additional permission required before beginning that new use.

3. AI Processing

Life Again uses third-party AI services to generate narration, character dialogue, memories, and other interactive responses.

  • Player input and the fictional context relevant to the requested response may be sent through OpenRouter to the selected model provider, currently including Google and DeepSeek models.
  • OpenAI services may process fictional text to create embeddings used for memory and location retrieval.
  • We do not intentionally include your account email, sign-in token, or payment details in AI prompts. Anything you type into a story or chat may, however, be processed as part of that request.

Please do not enter highly sensitive personal information into story or chat fields. AI-generated content can be inaccurate and should be treated as fictional entertainment.

4. Service Providers and Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share data only when needed to operate Life Again, including with:

  • Supabase for application databases, account-linked story data, and storage
  • Vercel for backend hosting and operational request processing
  • Apple and Google for authentication
  • Apple and RevenueCat for purchases, subscriptions, and entitlements
  • OpenRouter and downstream AI model providers, including Google and DeepSeek, for response generation
  • OpenAI for embedding operations supporting retrieval and continuity

These providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. We select providers that offer data-protection commitments appropriate to the services they perform.

5. Other Disclosures

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request
  • Protect the rights, safety, and security of players, Wephoria LLC, and the service
  • Complete a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Account and story data is generally retained while your account remains active so your stories can continue across sessions. Operational and security records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for reliability, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and dispute resolution.

You may delete your account from the App's Settings view. Account deletion removes your active Life Again account and associated story data, revokes Sign in with Apple authorization when applicable, and requests deletion of the linked RevenueCat customer record. Apple and other providers may retain purchase, security, or legal records under their own obligations.

7. Your Choices and Rights

  • You can stop future AI processing by not submitting new scene or chat content.
  • You can delete your account and active story data through Settings.
  • You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable law provides those rights.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data.

However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

Life Again is intended for players who meet the minimum age requirement displayed on the App Store for their country or region.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Life Again evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page and, where required, presented in the App before the new use begins.
