1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Life Again ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Life Again is operated by Wephoria LLC, United States.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must meet the minimum age requirement displayed on the App Store for your country or region.
Life Again contains fictional characters and scenarios, some of which may involve fictional minors for narrative purposes.
Sexual or explicit content is not intentionally provided or promoted within the App.
The App is designed for entertainment, roleplay, and life simulation purposes only.

3. Accounts & Access

Users authenticate via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings view within the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse or abuse of the App occurs.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Life Again uses artificial intelligence models to generate narrative content, dialogue, and simulated experiences. You acknowledge that:

Content is generated algorithmically and may be unpredictable.
Generated content does not represent real people, advice, or facts.
Life Again is not responsible for interpretations, actions, or decisions made based on generated content.
All content is fictional and for entertainment purposes only.
Life Again relies on third-party AI providers that apply automated safety and content filtering.

5. User Input & Responsibility

Users may freely type text and interact with the simulation.
You are responsible for the content you submit.
You agree not to use Life Again for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Life Again does not guarantee moderation or real-time filtering of user input.
Attempts to generate disallowed or harmful content may result in restriction or termination of access.

6. Content Storage & Use

By using the App, you acknowledge that:

User inputs, AI-generated scenes, character data, memories, and relationships are stored.
Stored content may be used to improve narrative quality, enhance character intelligence, and train or fine-tune internal systems.
Your data is not sold.

7. Subscriptions & Billing

Life Again offers the following subscription:

Life Again+ Subscription

$6.99/month (Founder pricing, limited time)
$9.99/month (Standard pricing)

Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

All purchases are managed through Apple In-App Purchases.
Subscriptions can be canceled through your Apple ID settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not Wephoria LLC.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, systems, and AI-generated structures are owned by Wephoria LLC. You retain ownership of your personal input, but grant Life Again a license to store, process, and use it as part of the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Life Again is provided "as is". Wephoria LLC is not liable for:

Emotional distress
Interpretation of fictional content
Data loss beyond reasonable safeguards
Decisions made based on generated narratives

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access at any time to protect the integrity of the App or comply with legal obligations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
